Working With Us

The majority of our engagements are delivered remotely via video call, which keeps costs down and makes it easy to work with clients anywhere in the country. For training workshops or engagements where in-person presence adds meaningful value, we are open to traveling — just ask us about it when we scope your project.

Yes — and we’d encourage it. Many of our clients transition into an Ongoing Advisory retainer after completing a project. This gives you continued access to expert guidance as you implement recommendations, navigate new challenges, and scale your operation. We also include a complimentary 30-day check-in call with most project engagements.
Absolutely — and it’s one of our favorite types of engagements. Building from scratch means we can design everything the right way from the start, without having to work around legacy processes or ingrained habits. Services & Scope
It depends on the service. A focused Strategy or QA Framework engagement typically runs 3–4 weeks. A full Operations Audit can take 4–6 weeks. Training workshops are delivered in a single day or across a short series of sessions. Ongoing Advisory is a monthly relationship with no fixed end date. We scope the timeline clearly before any work begins so there are no surprises.
We can absolutely start with a targeted, focused engagement. Not every client needs a full strategy overhaul — sometimes you just need a QA scorecard, a single training workshop, or a rapid operational review. We scope every engagement based on what you actually need, not on selling you more than that.

Pricing
Most of our services are priced as flat-fee project engagements — you know exactly what you’re paying before we start. Ongoing Advisory is structured as a monthly retainer. Pricing varies based on scope and complexity, and we are transparent about it from the first conversation. There are no hidden fees or surprise invoices.
Yes — most project engagements require a 50% deposit before work begins, with the remaining balance due upon delivery. Advisory retainers are invoiced monthly on the 1st of each month. Payment terms and any variations will be clearly outlined in your proposal before you commit to anything.
